Mark Idzik formed Healthy Living Partners, LLC because of his passion for better health and wellness and helping others. For over 10 years, he has researched and studied healthy living principles and has applied them in his life. He's taken his personal experiences along with what he's learned to help others experience the joy of healthy living.

Mark believes passionately in the natural power of healing that's within your own body and in taking care of the three fundamental parts of your life - physical, emotional and spiritual. He believes that we all have a choice in how we live our lives, but we don't have the ability to choose the consequences of our choices.

A consummate researcher, Mark stays current on health and wellness topics and enjoys finding specific background information to assist his clients.

Why Health? Since his childhood, Mark has always had trouble with weight. He was the "chubby" one growing up in a wonderful family of Eastern European decent. He regularly attempted to lose weight, only to gain it back with a little extra. His energy was low, he was tired and he didn't like how he felt most of the time. Then one day he got "tired of being overweight and tired" and knew there was a better way of living. For the next 10 years he researched and learned about many facets of health and wellness, and most importantly, how to make lifestyle choices that will lead to a healthy and fulfilling life. What once was a hobby became a way of life that he now passionately shares with others.

Mark enjoys running, biking, weight lifting and hiking in the beautiful Arizona mountains and deserts. He enjoys the warm, sunny and beautiful outdoors in Chandler, Arizona with his daughter.
